To guarantee a high-quality output, PARVIS suggests approaching quality with a 3-step strategy: Detection, Measurement and Sorting.

Detection: today many printing presses are equipped with on-line quality inspection systems able to detect major errors ongoing during the printing process.

Measurement: thanks to accurate laboratory measurement, the stability of the printing process is continuously monitored, and its distribution is tightened towards the expected values.

Sorting: if major errors are detected on-line during production, if the printing process is kept under control thanks to accurate measurements, then it becomes easier, at final stage, to sort out the few remaining randomly distributed defects.
