Information in accordance with and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003(Code for the protection of personal data) and Articles 12, 13, 14 and 15 of EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR).

Dear User, as foreseen by the above mentioned laws and Regulations, PARVIS systems and services s.p.a., as owner of the treatment of personal data, gives you the following information related to: purposes and methods of personal data treatment, scope of data communication and dissemination, the nature of the data in possession of PARVIS systems and services s.p.a. and how they are provided.

The personal data you provide in the request for information will be used by PARVIS systems and services s.p.a. with the sole purpose of responding to your requests and they will be under no circumstances or ways communicated/transferred to third parties.

The treatment of personal data is carried out through manual and electronic methods only for the purposes described above, in order to ensure data security and confidentiality.

We inform you that Article 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 and articles 15/22 of GDPR foresee specific rights for users. In particular, users can obtain the confirmation of the existence of their personal data in the archives of the company responsible for data processing and that data are made available in an explicit way. Users can also: ask to know the source of data, the goals and objectives related to data processing; obtain data cancellation, data transformation in anonymous form or the block of data in case of violation of the laws; require data updating, rectification and integration; oppose the data treatment for legitimate reasons.

Providing such data is optional for the user, but it is necessary if you desire to request information about the products and services offered by PARVIS systems and services s.p.a.
